    The good thingsrecently I got given one job at lamex to do the sales. the office people is nice. the boss also very friendly. the work is interesting also.
    The challengesI didnt good enough to pass the probation period. quite sad lor.

    Work here for 3 years in sales
    The good thingsI work here for 3 years but lose the job. 3 years I been worker for lamex. the company is ok place to work. the environment is quite ok. compare to other company doing sales in my past exp I can say the job not stressful. things are very simple. no ot. just 8 to 6. commission and pay is what u can expect doing sales.
    The challengesmy manager will take customer complain seriously. so sometimes this create some problems for me. the managers also want the company to be smooth so will create some rules for us. in the end I lose the job becoz customer complains but customer like to complains all the time no matter what is it we do.

    Great environment but still had need an improvement.
    The good thingsWork life balance is good. Working environment is good and nice, team mate are friendly. manager juga friendly
    The challengesyou need to follow company rules such as no late coming or early out, no flexible hours for us, need to working with independent approach. But the working hour is standard 8.30 to 6 and no over time, is good.

    The good thingsStaff are friendly. Small pantry got coffee and some snacks. No OT. Some people have parking/ food/ transportation/ early attendance/ commission.
    The challengesAs salesman we are always out and busy serving customer, everyday must on company phone tracking device and need write daily report somemore. If report and tracking not match or you forget write report will deduct salary. Rules simply change and hard to take long leave. Commission/bonus/increment very slow. Overall not so stressful just no chance for better position/rigid rules and lack of trust for staff.

    The good thingsGot commission. No overtime and don't work on weekends. Got incentive for meal or coming on time.
    The challengesUnfortunately, the current company's culture doesn't really encourage long leaves. Doesn't matter if you come on time everyday, just because you took leave you lose your allowance). Planning family trip overseas is hard too as 1 weeks leave is deemed long. Too many rules that make staff not motivated basically. Give incentives but there's always a cache. Anyway, every company has different rules. So, this is just my 2 cents.

    The good thingswhen I work here, I peeled everything is very comfortable. there is no OT. they do the EPF and all benefit. the staffs and the bosses are very friendly and nice. company haver some ambition direction that is very clear and nicer.
    The challengesI feel my pay can improve more. I also wish they can give me different position.
