Okay for beginners and fresh graduates. Able to boost technical design skills & project management rapidly. But demotivated due to low wages and increment.
The good thingsSupportive teammates and seniors. High-value projects on the run thus allow opportunities for staff to learn, discover and upgrade skills every day.
The challengesNeed to discover fast on the projects and design directions. Most of the works need to be carried out individually. Low wages, slow increments. May not be suitable for those who want to escalate quickly in career development.

    Good working environment and exposure
The good thingsGood exposure in different projects other than residential. Great working environment, senior peers will guide if you are willing to learn. AL between 8-14 days. Working hour flexibility so long as you can complete your work on time and complete 40-hour work week.
The challengesBelow market rate wages. Bonus and increments are not certain therefore you can negotiate the salary from the beginning or after probation.. during peak tender season must help each other to complete documents and drawings so have to stay back.. but you will do in a team and not alone.

Great place to grow your skills
The good thingsAlthough it still has a fixed working hours policy, in practice this is quite flexible. There's usually support available and a good team working environment. There is the average basic salary and other allowances available.
The challengesThe workload may be a bit intense but it allows you plenty opportunities to learn on the job and enhance your project management skills. Annual leaves are between 8 to 14 days. Salary increments and bonuses are not guaranteed so best to negotiate a good offer from the get-go.
