The good thingsI joined the company right after graduation. As a fresh graduate, I would say the department I've been working with has provide me guidance and full support as long as you are willing to learn and grow. The working culture and environment are very good.
The challengesSalary offer slightly lower compare to market value, but taking the consideration of company location and lifestyle in Kamunting overall it is reasonable to some people and some may not.

The good thingsOpportunities, career challenging where you have chance to make your own decision. Not to forget to bear the risk. Teach you as a leader in so many ways.
The challenges-ve ppl’s attitude may lead to toxic environment. Ppl always misunderstood your intention to grow the team no matter how hard you try in so many ways. However, some of the members were helpful and go thru the challenge together.
