    Friendly co-workers, poor management
    The good things- Earn beefy experiences from there, able to expect answer if it's within seniors' knowledge range. - Remote work - Flexible hour
    The challenges- Working hours can be too "flexible" - Bad project management - No extra earning for over time

    A Good Place for Maximum Growth
    The good thingsI’ve worked with individuals who have been selectively brought in to contribute to the key business areas of this company. The founders are passionate in their knowledge transfer, and have given each business function the ownership - from producing strategy plans up to execution. Co-workers are generally down-to-earth, and comfortable to work with even though from different industry backgrounds.
    The challengesOne point to note is further emphasis should be communicated on the business model and specifically the company’s vision upon employee’s on-boarding i.e. Day 1 into the company. The vision should serve as a guideline for the employees to understand the company’s long-term aspirations. With that, employees’ action plans and performance review will be more coherent with the company’s goal.

    The good thingsEmployer is humble and friendly, always open for discussion and does not hesitate to share knowledge. Friendly colleagues, not the best working environment but it is cozy and comfortable. Being an intern here does not feel like a typical company intern that does jobs that no one else likes to do, you get involved in projects, discussions, post-mortems. Therefore you will feel belong, and having good exposure with overseas projects is definitely a plus.
    The challengesThere are room for improvements in terms of perks and benefits, however all expected necessities are provided. The company is growing, therefore working times can be slightly volatile.

    The good thingsEmployer helped and guided me very well. I really learned a lot from my internship. Worked with a very experienced team and treated me fairly and provide me support and resources to complete my everyday task.
    The challengesIt is fast moving, which really challenges you to keep moving forward. Learn things quickly is a must when working. It is all worth it at the end because you owe it to yourself.
