    The good thingsI was schedule for an interview but the HR is unfriendly, I have apply the vacancy in the jobstreet but I feel weird to apply in the company portal, I call the HR to explain but no reply, text also no reply my first impression HR is very unfriendly.
    The challengesBenefit of the company not good. I pick a right boss to work, but I dont pick up a job even though employer market. I need a good leader to work so that I can grow.

    The challengesNo proper SOP, management decision & requirement could change every month. No appreciation and trust toward staff from management. No career growth. A lot relatives in company with high post but didn't contribute to the company (unbalance on staff promotion). Salary package lower than market rate and no other staff benefit.

    A good place to work for experience and retirement
    The good things-Huge BHD company. -Most workers are friendly, even from other departments. Your superiors can sit with you for breakfast, lunch or dinner as friends and be professional during working hours. -Company had plenty of CSR events to give back to public, and also company provide sports venue for staffs to workout, exercise, release work related stress or mingle around. -Works are pretty standardize by procedures and defining jobscopes hence over or under stepping boundaries for political reasons are reduced.
    The challenges- Site staffs have to work fully for 6 days with less leave entitlement while office staffs work for 5 with more leave entitlement. - Career development can be pretty slow (couldn't cover inflation rate), depending on your current position. Increment can be less if it comes from your direct superior, but you will be amazed on how your superior get promoted. - As this company a real estate developer with a sister company doing the construction works, you will be way more amazed on how high the staffs of the sister company was paid in comparison - but construction responsibilities all pushed back to you as the client.

    ONE OF THE WORST PUBLIC LISTED COMPANY
    The good thingsVery friendly coleague, nice HQ location.
    The challengesThe project team treat their site engineer worse than those foreign workers. No water dispenser, no PPE provided, no site vehicle provided and not even provide stationery. There are politics in the management office, there are no chance for the young one to advance their career here.
