The challenges1. event company have long history in the retail industry but the system they use is far we can call up to date, all the information you need to generate one by one and it will show in excel, you also need to have creativity skill when you want to extract the information because the company don't have specific guideline which report or what report you need to use
2. Support office communication also mess up, event they have few store only in Malaysia, the communication between department at support office always clash each other, especially HR, Payroll and Operation Manager
3. HR department not fully function, more of the HR task need to be handle by store management team, such as preparation for new joiner accommodation and also not receive fully support when come to sale assistant vacancy and not event support for resume or online position posting, HR focus more on management position
