My experience since i was working in this company.. I feel more confident, strong, more responsible, we are helping each other. As a promoter at a shoes department, I'm always prepared myself to be confident for serving our customers. Be patiently when serve customers when they request for more sizes in a different shoes. Besides that, there more responsibility when our supervisor outstations, me as a senior promoter will guide and take a look for a junior promoter, handling what happen on that day and before back from work i will print out our selling for today to our headquarters. More stronger when our stock is coming, more difficult because our department was in level 2 so we will lift the boxes by passing and we will handle our own department for checking the size, the colour and the pattern..There was 5 difference department which is kids, ladies, sports wear, sports and gent. My preposition was at sports and gent department.
The good thingsThe good things i've learn is help each other. I learn more from mistakes. I followed any instructions from my supervisor. I am more responsibility for my stocks. And i love to greet and serves customer.
The challengesThe challenges working for this company is i have to take good care of my stocks. It must be arrange by code and from small size to big for make it easier to other staff searching my sport stocks.

The employers are very supportive and the company have a good time management
The good thingsWorking role is clear and exact. Supportive members with plenty of guidance from the employee. The company time management is very well managed. Everyone works efficiently with the fulfillment of each datelines. And the best part is every month there is a celebration of anyone's birthday in that particular month.
The challengesDatelines are fixed and must be met accordingly. Sales report must be detailed and not miss by even one cent. Avoid mistakes in reporting cause it costs money. Needed to double check the promoter number holder as it change at times, otherwise it will cost their commission.

    Empowerment
The good thingsThe greatness of growing together with the company with lots of space given to explore & improve self skills. Authority & responsibilities given in managing & formulating of company's policies & procedures. Satisfaction in achieving set target & proposed plans.
The challengesLots of less favorable terms that need amend and it takes a lot more energy & time to go through brainstorming. Nevertheless it is the less competitive terms that gave me the opportunity to sharpen myself into a more meticulous, more initiative and more detailed person. The higher level of difficulties the better person I had became.

PROMOTING IS HARD THAT'S WHY THEY CREATE PROMOTIONS
The good thingsI learnt lots about shoes, and the suitability of different feet, and i enjoyed explaining its fact to the customers, it's like you have something to talk about and its really fun to hear them said \"oh really, i didn't know that\" plus whenn they came for second purchase, its like i learnt to promote my selling skill too..haha
The challengesBack in my time, the salary was seriously low but it was back then, the challenges is always in within, being the subordinate just exhausting mostly when as girl, i've to unload and arranged those big boxes of shoes and sports apparel, but i love the challenges it mould me into what i am today, a tough one..
