    The good thingsThe company is having a very systematic documentation flow and the implementation of SAP system is of great advantage for the company to maintain data for performance evaluation, analysis and management decision. The working environment is very good.
    The challengesPeoples management is the most challenging task in this company. Most of the staffs are working long with the company and they are having their own unique character and we need to manage and deal with care.

    The good thingsHi Morning to to all, My experience was working at Leader was really some good experience and I really love working there. I left Leader cable bcoz was retrenced . My ex-boss was a great and wonderful boss he was. His Name is En Hilmi who has special character and understanding boss. My collegues was soo was nice people and that's was even there is tough also cannot feel it.
    The challengesWorking here actually very challenging bcoz the first day when ex -boss talking to me and was asking about my works in my previous company. I been told that need to use Microsoft office window which I don know to use. I was panic don't know what to say and very very happy that my ex-boss say with so humbly don worry u can learn here. From that first day he given so many supports and guidance.
