    The challengesSuper low salary and super low bonus and no 13th month bonus, management not trustworthy, senior employees not willing to accept changes or good suggestion as they are related to management.

    The good thingsJob cover even out of position scope. Willing to guide and advise but provided do some homework before approach. No free lunch reminding. Slow learner is fine but not spoon feed.
