    Could have been better
    The good thingsA company which allows you to try and be creative with the ways of teaching. They are always encouraging that allows us to strive to be better.
    The challengesWould appreciate if they would respect our personal time more. Other than that, the company should have a better structure of management as the way they manage is quite disappointing that leads to many internal conflicts. Also would appreciate if they would take care of the welfare of employees more.
