    Work life balance and friendly working space
    The good thingsThe colleagues here are friendly, clean working space, and feel comfortable when working. The job scope are pretty balance, can get my work life balance here.
    The challengesNot very 'fun' here and less young team, maybe the management shall hire more young people...

    Great working enviroment and friendly staffs
    The good thingsGreat working environment and staffs are all friendly. Top management happy to help and give advice when facing problems related to job. Great work life balance for administrative and management wing, and clean working environment.
    The challengesCareer development for administrative and management side is quite minimum because of limited position/ rank in the factory. But because of is a SME, so is understandable.
