The experince in the company is very fruitful
The good thingsThe employer is very amendable to the suggestions of its employees. Working as a team is highly encouraged. The working environment is good.
The challengesExpect some drawbacks as it is a very young company. We have to learn as we go along. The faster the better.

The owner take charge of everything and expect results in ridicolous time frame. DO RECOGNISE WORKING TOWARDS SALES initiative. Never get what was promised nor commissions with twisted terms never mentioned before or discussed as not to pay out any commis
The good thingsThe company financially is stable. Thus never late in salary payment.
The challengesYou will be asked by the owner himself like three times in a day of your progress/ sales numbers and expect late after office meetings regularly.

It was a good experience as a first job
The good thingsInteresting and fun job scope. One get to interact with people from different backgrounds (IT, graphics, education), makes the job never boring. Hard worker are awarded with OT, if they decided to make the extra time, but small mistakes are penalised greatly.
The challengesManagement of talents and lack of acknowledgement to deserving workers. The top management lacks the vision of the products they wanted to produce, resulting in disappointment in workers. Modules are often reinvented over and over again, resulting in inconsistencies of the products.

Very new, clean, tidy, quiet comfortable place to work.
The good things1) Very very new, clean and tidy building. 2) Pantry with coffee/tea provided on lunch break. 3) Very friendly working collegues.
The challenges1) No privacy. The PA at 1st floor need to know everything. 2) No training provided 3) Job scope not systematic 4) Price of product not fixed, 5) Different decision are made, and kept on changing. 6) And the worst is: never been appreciated after bringing sales in the company.

    Experiece the impossible
The good thingsthe office itself and as difficult as it may sound, the boss. what was well done was the beautiful atmosphere he had created for staff. All conveniences of a good work place was present. I enjoyed the company of my fellow workers. Most of them had Masters or Doctorates. More importantly they came from different parts of world as the boss wanted the best of the best and paid them well too.
The challengesProducing the e-learning modules in a very limited time was what created the high turnover of staff there. They were meeting the dead lines (failing which they would be sacked) but it was too stressful in the long run. The back-up team of GDs were unable to finish the work as expected by the SMEs who produced the modules. To top it all, a very fussy QA stalled the OK stamp, adding to the stress.

    Working at Learning Port
The good thingsThe salary was guite good. The work is challenging and makes you creative and innovative. The working staff are very helpful and friendly. It offers a modern technology based work experience which really challenges our experience and mind.
The challengesHowever, the management was very unfriendly. They were always pushing the workers to do more and more. We come to work early and go home late. I literally come to office at 7 am and arrives home at 9pm. Ever night the management wants us to present our work and he will critically evaluate the work done. If the work was not up to his expectations, we have to work through the weekends.

    Horrible management
The good thingsOne thing that was good was that many foreign talents from all over the world were hired in the different fields so we get to learn from the experience of these people.
The challengesManagement breeds negativity n practically squeezed the workers to their last drop of sweat n blood dictator style. World class quality production expected within pathetic timeframe. Workers are pushed to work way overtime throughout the year but are ridiculed n shamed endlessly when the expected quality is not met. high staff turnover a norm. Some just took off without notice.
