    Favoritism hurts team and morale.
The good thingsThe boss is okay, but lacks decisiveness and can’t make decisions on his own.
The challengesThe company offered me a different position than the one I originally applied for. I accepted it to gain additional experience. However, the micromanagement is excessive, and there is clear favoritism among staff. If they like you, you'll receive special treatment; if not, even minor issues can become major problems. The overall management is also problematic. If you're looking to challenge your mental strength, this might be the place for you.

The good thingsIt is a fast pace environments, you can explore and have alot of work to gain many experiences you can learn many thing on printer and output dtp also learning to work along with different clients. Better you know how work on adobe software before apply. Good lucks to you, U need them!
The challengesBecause they have many of workload, you need to also do your part in asking and learning quickly if not you will get lost. You will get scold for no reason sometimes but if you can stand pressure than go ahead, just to learn and gain experiences only. Also to little parking space, if you live nearby can just walk.
