    PAYOUT DISMATCH WITH THE HARDWORK AND PERFORMANCE
    The good thingsThe good thing working at here was as an employee of BMW authorized dealer, I was dealing with the colleagues from BMW Malaysia, cyberjaya. This made me proud to be a BMW Ambassador although we were not part of BMW group.
    The challengesI was working in part department as a Part Executive. To doing well, I had to have the knowledge of automobile industry which I don't have. Company had sent me to training for \"Welcome to BMW\" such courses but never sent me to the training which really related to my jobscope. I had to self-study to handle my tasks. Jobscope included from part purchase in till carried out promotion to sell out.
