Average experience. Good thing is you don't have to worry about parking, but only if you are willing to work at alternate Saturday shift, and pay that slightly below average of market value.

The challengesAlternate Saturday off. Have to work very tough and endless workload. Kinda felt underappreciated

The challengesTake 1 salary but do a lot of work...no opportunity to learn things...company's management not so good...colleagues "very friendly" and act like they are very genius and don't consider you as apart of the company.
