Even if you are not familiar with certain tasks, they are willing to guide and teach you until you fully understand. The management is generally understanding, although it can be inconsistent at times. Overall, the workload is manageable.
    The challengesThere is a requirement to work half a day on Saturdays. As many job seekers prioritize work-life balance and prefer having both Saturday and Sunday off, this can make it challenging to attract and retain staff. As a result, occasional staff shortages may occur, which can increase the workload. Additionally, there is room for improvement in terms of salary.

    The good thingsLee’s Frozen Food is a good company to do internship because it provides a nice working environment and colleagues. The manager, supervisors and others colleagues are high quality trainer and they are friendly and patiently to answering my question. Special thanks to manager for giving me a chance and opportunity to do internship in Lee’s to develop and improve my skills and gain lot of knowledges on my position. It is a best experience for me to have an internship with Lee’s Frozen Food.
