    The challengesYou have to sacrifice so much of your personal time for work. The management staff work long hours and are not paid accordingly for the job they do. Those who work really hard are not appreciated.

    The challengesCareer development comes slow as there are too many superiors on the upper level. If only higher management would be more proactive & actually took care of the staffs, without being biased, listen to ideas, problems and be part of the operation, everything would be better. Considerably poor management.
