    Get a very challenging environment
    The good thingsGood friends and good exposure indeed. The employer always not around, so have to be very independent and workaholic too. Hr Team is very good in helping others.
    The challengesManagement must be improve. Communications between department is very bad. Some managers did not perform and act as Manager. They orders everyone to follow the policy but give bad example to the subordinates.
