    The good thingsAnyone’s looking for a work life balance, this is the place. Everyone is friendly you’d feel like a family.
    The challengesMake sure you dont plan to stay here for too long if you are still young. very low chance for promotion if you are from support division. They prefer to hire someone from the outside than polishing the existing talents

    The good thingsGood benefits in terms of medical, annual leave and allowances. Islamic environment and good teamwork among divisions.
    The challengesVery low salary and hard to get promotion eventhough you have performed excellently. So many committees which were redundant.

    Interesting experience.
    The good thingsI've been exposed to the system that I never use before. I understand how the system works and it helps a lot on my career now. I'm glad there are flexible hours to perform pray, the prayer room is nice and cozy. Besides, sometime I feel glad where I'm actually contribute something even a little to rakyat. It was such a blessing feeling.
    The challengesOh well, the first thing was the salary/allowance -- very low! The amount is too ridiculous especially the allowance for the internship student. It also being credited partially. I think the people there are nice but there are also has groups between top management and ordinary staffs. It's obvious. I think this is not healthy as this is an islamic company. Ukhwah is the key.

    No Worklife balance
    The good thingsWorking environment very peaceful because every morning they will recite dua' before start working. Provided Kuliah Zohor and Kuliah Dhuha.
    The challengesNo work life balance because after working hours also they will asked you to do some job if the system in bad conditions. Make everybody frustrated dealing with the system. Actually systems must easy-to-use but in LZS instead. Then, to apply annual is very hard, too much pick month during Ramadan, July-December is consider as pick month and freezing leaves.

    The good thingsGetting to know the conditions of asnaf in district Hulu Langat. Can help other people in needy. Know the LZS management in details. Therefore, the negative thoughts on LZS management should be denied.
    The challengesLess number of staff. When doing much work, it become difficult. Due date on work late to tell to the workers. So, it give difficulty to the workers.

    I have learn a lots of experience and get a new knowledge
    The good thingsWhen I was internship at this company, I had learned a lots of things. Such as I had process the Asnaf application. In zakat, there have 8 asnaf that have applied the variety type of application. Usually, I have process the application for Educational form. Educational form for kindergarten school until master form.
    The challengesWhen I was working at this company, their system was not good because there have changing a new system. But know I thing the system was very good already
