    WORST EVER COMPANY IN MALAYSIA
The good thingsFree flow fruits in the pantry for the employees.
The challenges- Worst Shared Service Centre with full of politics - Middle to top management try to cover their own people - No proper workplace and work desk for employees. Force to work at the site with dust.

Kuala Lumpur1 to 2 years in the role, current employee
Good opportunity for salary/perks and for multi-taskers
The good thingsIncredible opportunity to be apart of a large well known company and to gain rapport and connections. I do recommend having prior experience in a high paced environment, that requires you to be a jack of all.
The challengesPoor delegation skills by under skilled line managers with less experience in leadership and change management. HR doesnt seem keen on being involved, there also seems to be a lack of problem solving and predictive skills necessary to have order within a team. there's also hidden biasness and preference by some

Very massive opportunity to work with the huge construction company and of course safety is always our priority
The good thingsSafety is the most important things and i get to learned a lot about safety fields such as inspection, brief workers based on their task, identified and rectified hazards on site, get more knowledge on civil engineering works on site like piling excavation and many more. Lendlease also appear to be the best company I've ever work with because their culture is the best. 10 star company for me. So many experience i gained here.
The challengesThe challenge is basically was on site. We need to make sure that general workers totally know on what we were trying to say to them during the tool box briefing. It was all safety matters and it is really important because we don't want any injuries happen to them. Good thing is, Lendlease have made an effectively idea which is 1 workers to volunteer for presenting the tool box based on his local language because the general workers coming from Bangladesh, Nepal, and Indonesia. One person to spread the words on his own language so thats mean 1 worker from Bangladeshian, 1 worker from Nepal and 1 worker from Indonesian.
