    The good thingsWide range of job scope that enables you to learn a lot from technical to contract aspect. Great for fresh graduates to build strong fundamental in construction aspects. Decent salary and several benefits like mileage claim, occasional company lunches and etc.
    The challengesHeavy workload that leads to inevitable extremely long overtime everyday. No work life balance at all.
