A great place to learn and grow with supportive colleagues.
The good thingsI had a good experience working at here. The team was supportive and I learned a lot from the exposure to different industries. Like most audit firms, the workload can be heavy during peak seasons, but overall, it helped me grow both professionally and personally.
The challengesThere is nothing that I don't like working here

A Learning Experience with Supportive ColleaguesPros: The team is very supportive, always willing to guide and assist, especially when tackling complex tasks. Working here provides valuable exposure to different industries and sharpens technical skills. Cons: Like many audit firms, workload intensifies during busy seasons, requiring long hours and tight deadlines. The demanding nature of the job may be challenging for those new to the industry. Overall: A solid place to start or grow an audit career, especially if you thrive in a dynamic setting with supportive teammates. Just be prepared for high-pressure periods.

Valuable audit experience with great leadership and a convenient work environment.
The good thingsThe office environment was clean, comfortable, and Muslim-friendly, making it a pleasant place to work. It was also conveniently located with easy access to: 1. MBPJ Multi-Storey Parking 2. Affordable local hawker stalls 3. A Muslim prayer room in Atria Shopping Complex The firm served clients from diverse industries, offering excellent exposure and learning opportunities for associates. The manager was highly knowledgeable and consistently delivered quality audit outcomes.
The challengesThe medical benefits were limited, with a capped amount per medical visit.

Good working environment and helpful colleagues
The good thingsIf you're fresh grad and looking for more experience and work with people willing to help, this is the firm to go to, it's very helpful when you don't know much about the field and looking to learn. Colleagues are helpful, managers do look out for you and are very patient.
The challengesOnly challenge here is that there's not much time for yourself during peak, and probably are expected to work on a lot of companies in short amount of time. It gets pretty stressful once deadline is near. Other than that, nothing much.

Not a good place for fresh graduate
The good thingsSome colleagues are really good and helpful
The challengesThey did not give you any training and yet thinking you can solve everything just because “you’re an auditor, accounting graduate”..taking mc also problematic.

Worst firm, no career development, no benefits
The good thingsNothing good in here
The challengesNo learning curve, no progress in career..sometimes nothing to do in office. The timing given doesn't make any sense. Salaries given not on time, always late and bonus not standardised. Stingy firm in terms of monetary and others.

    Lousy
The good thingsNothing is good about Leslie Yap.
The challengesProfessionally, the firm had nothing to offer. The longer you work there you will notice that the group of people there are not aggressive and ambitious. This place is suitable for retiree. If you ever thinking of joining this firm. My suggestion to you is to join bigger firm for better learning curve. Nothing you can learn in Leslie Yap.
