PleasantThe good thingsOn the whole, the management is understanding of staff needs and their career development. The promote from within policy ensures employees are motivated to give their best foot forward. Of course working together as a team makes work easier. Our welfare are well taken care of as well, e.g. meal allowance, a well-stocked pantry, meal gatherings outside office, etc.
The challengesPerhaps the only drawback would be short handedness as the company is still very young. Therefore certain jobs outside the employees' scope are to be covered by existing pool of talents. Nevertheless it is expanding and when taken positively as a learning curve, it can be beneficial to the employees themselves.
