    The challengesLess work life balance, need to do 24/7 support rotately , working hour 8am to 5pm but everyone expect 6pm only can go back, if back sharp on 5pm teams will talk back

    Terrible work environment
    The good thingsColleagues and people here are generally friendly and are willing to offer help. Relatively easy to get parking. However, there is no clear direction as to where one's career is heading.
    The challengesSupport will be limited as everyone is being expanded or occupied. HR would ghost you for a while, need to be real patient. If you're looking out to start your career here, look elsewhere unless you have the ability and experience to. Work hours can be unpredictable.

    The good thingsEasy parking and provide training for staff.
    The challenges* Excessive workload with low salary * Promised so many things but did not deliver it * Very low increment * Instead of finding replacement aggressively, management just asked current staff to take in the additional job scope with no additional compensation * Terrible work life balance on daily basis. Managers would even bother you on weekends, PH and even when you are on medical leave

    The good thingsThis company tried to practice big firm business operations but sadly, management, finance, HR all couldn't meet with big firm standard. Take very long to process if you want to request "anything" from them. Don't expect to get instant reply from the above 3 department, they need to take at least 1 week.
    The challengesOvertime is just regular practice, no ot pay. AL is provided but very unlikely to get approve. Salary package is just average ( low - middle range i would say ), increment rate is lower than market rate.

    The good thingsAverage and standard is normal. Average market salary. Standard benefits like EPF, medical without dental, statutory annual leave etc.
    The challengesBelow market rate increment percentage. Below market rate bonus. Free car park is a must as the working location is in industrial zone as it is not accessible by public transport. However, the sad thing is car park is not provided.

    The challengesThe company should give more benefits/perks. A Small petrol allowance would put a big smile on everyone's face as the company is located in Shah Alam which is quite a distance to travel for most people.
