Not a really nice place to work
    The good thingsHigh salary
The challengesNormal working hours are long.Too many controlling and closed minded koreans working here. You will be treated differently from your colleagues who speaks korean and graduated from korean university. Even the salary is different for the same position! Most of the koreans are stuck up. The MD only grunts when you wish him goodmorning. Higher mgmt practices very high level of favouritism!
