    The good thingsBonus 13 month pay.
    The challengesVery terible. the HOD Logistics give all job to do to Assistant but HOD not do the job as HOD. working like crazy but salary not increase. always blame another people when have problem. Manager have time to sleep when working hour but when problem come put the mistake to worker,

    overall personal review
    The good thingsgood facilities & others benefit-parking,medical,13 mnth wages.
    The challengesVery stressful. the major problem is Top management are refuse to follow Labour Act 1955 even already advise by related department. All rules and regulation are made by their own opinion. not applying CSR policy in daily operation, thus not recommended for those companies which very particular with this policy.

    The good thingsDaily task are given sufficient time to accomplish . Replacement holiday are given when working during night shift
