The good thingsThis company is a leading rice wholesaler in Sarawak. Profitable and stable. Good benefits & compensation offers such as trip to overseas when target hit.

The challengesI cannot see career development in here. Salary increment, yes but to be promoted to higher position might take long period of time or it never will happen.
