    Great environment to work as friendly staff
    The good thingsFriendly staff always guide us & sharing knowledge. Very approachable culture. For my role under my department, my ex-HOD always give yearly target & particular KPI for us to achieve, it gives clearer picture of every team member to do respective task by our own by aligning the KPIs.
    The challengesCulture of too much bureaucracy in term of decision making. Too many rules & regulations like school. Management are less care about Employees & workers welfare.
