    The good thingsThe office is located walking distance to MRT Semantan. Friendly team and fun working environment with table tennis and pool table at activity area. A fast-growing company which gives you an opportunity to learn and grow. The company is working towards to create a better work place.

    Good Benefit then some well known company
    The good things-Easy access to MRT -Cheap hawker food around the company -Insurance cover for the family -Great annual leave -Salary wise is okay -Pool table and Ping Pong table I had one of the best team. Here and all it was a good experienced working with them. Other than that not much. Great colleague.
    The challenges-Working across departments seems hard because lack of communication and work etiquette. -No clear picture on career progression -No annual increments or bonus -Not trusting the locals talent, who are familiar with the culture, market and diversity waste of recourses. -Some leisure coming to work just play with Pool table or Ping pong

    WORST COMPANY EVER - DO NOT APPLY AT THIS COMPANY
    The good thingsMany choices of food during lunch hour as a lot of hawkers by the roadside and reasonable price.
    The challengesBad management, no work-life balance, no guidance, , no proper direction, everything have to self-learned, no training, management does not trust staff. Inconsiderate HR - even got staff positive Covid but did not trust the staff. Staffs that are affected by the flood were forced to go to the office and didn't give any compassionate leave for flood.

    Not looks like real MNC culture, bad management, high staff turnover
    The good thingsNearby MRT, easy to access
    The challenges-Poor management -Not appreciate staff at all -No teamwork -Always urgent without proper datelines & direction -Have trust issue with staff -No bonus and benefits (except medical insurance), solely based on your salary only -No overtime (but working 12hrs) -Overall does not looks like MNC companies, really bad.

    Bad company culture and Management no direction on business
    The good things[the review is for office, store staff sound good from feedback] - Office easy access as walking distance from MRT - Pantry drinks was just enough and complete. - peers colleague is friendly.
    The challenges- Work life balance totally off, averagely one employee working roughly 12 hours a day - Management not trusting and not appreciate employee, while MCO keep on checking or tracking and give more task even after working hour. - Management with no direction. Work always come in sudden without proper planning.

    Great place to learn, not just finance :)
    The good thingsIn short, a place to learn, develop and upgrade skills, transparent and open door policy, friendly working environment, helpful managers. Too much of stress on getting better everyday, develop new skills, exposure to multiple/ adhoc areas, beyond regular work due to smaller team. MNC environment, high expectations/ quality of work, training - helps to develop skills, faster learning curve. Good bonus and annual increments!!

    The good thingsI learn almost everything about store operation such as , receiving goods , processing cash and card payment , how to display our product and how to greet customer properly .

    The challengesFor the mean time all the challenging factor we could manage it. Immediate action from supervisor direct to boss makes challenges in under control.
