    Maximize your skills growth here
The good thingsChallenges that make you grow at an exponential pace, in both of your character development, skills set, and mental endurance. Frequent oversea work travel that expose you to different kind of culture and causes you to blend in in a new environment easily
The challengesFrequent travelling means people who easily get home sick needs to be able to adapt. Occassionally uncertain nature of work

    Diversified, fast paced, versatile
The good things- No working hours, you get to choose when and where you wanna work. - No micromanagement, there's literally no one telling you to follow certain working habits/ rules - No such things as organization pyramid, you can directly talk to anyone in the company, including ceo and superiors. - Good mentors, especially the ceo and department or countries heads since it is an international company. - Diverse culture, opportunity to work with people around the world makes you ethically better. - Great colleagues, politics slow down works and they don't do that here - Versatility of job responsibility as you're expected to understand or help out what your colleagues are doing.
The challenges- Extremely fast paced, occasionally have to deliver the "production" expectation and also ceo is a quick thinker so be prepared for that - Travelling, only if you're not a travel lover

    Non-Main Stream Working style
The good things- Remote Working Style - Opportunities to outstation to overseas. - Able to get in-touch with trending A.I. Data Business. - Friendly Colleagues. - Not restricted to routine task. Personal Thoughts: When I'm amazed by the structure of the company, my superior are willingly to listen to our opinion and we could work on the ideas & thoughts. The founder of the company always quote that "We are like a volleyball team, and should work together seamlessly to ensure the ball do not touch the ground. Eventually, we would score!". Grateful to be able to join in the big family of Lifewood!
The challengesThe main challenges in an A.I. Data company is that everything comes fast. We always reply the message as soon as possible. Working with people on different timezone is also a challenge but is still a good training in our career path.
