    Misleading job, no basic pay, long outdoor hours, forced positivity, poor work-life balance.
    The good thingsThe people are energetic and supportive, creating a lively and motivating work environment. The job helps improve communication, confidence, and sales skills through daily interactions with customers. It also builds resilience and adaptability, as the fast-paced nature of the work pushes you to stay positive and handle challenges independently.
    The challengesThe biggest challenges is the misleading job postings and lack of transparency about the actual work. The role is fully commission-based with no basic salary or formal employment benefits. Working outdoors for long hours in formal attire is uncomfortable, and the high-pressure environment can feel mentally exhausting.

    Overall, is good for those who are young and willing to explore and gain experience but not recommended if you have high commitment and looking for sustainability.
    The good things- Good learning platform for those who just finished SPM/STPM or fresh graduate - Provided with full training one-on-one - Good exposure - Learn engagement with potential customers - Good opportunity to work in overseas
    The challenges- No basic salary - No work life balance - Not suitable for those who have high commitment - Only learn specific skills but not more that may benefits you

    Be warned: This is a MLM company
    The good thingsThe "unlimited" off days- You can take off anytime and however long you want since they pay you based on commission only. But they will ask a lot of questions and judge you if you take off too many times
    The challengesDo be cautious, This company is among the many companies of an MLM platform owned by Salesworks Group. They do sales but their primary income is from recruitment similar to a pyramid scheme. It is not advisable to join this company unless you're really desperate for sales experience.

    Only for job seekers who seeks fun, no career development in other fields
    The good thingsAlways have activities for people who likes having too much fun and enjoy talking a lot, especially for youngsters. Good place for starters who are worried if they have lower education quit studying as such and want to learn soft skills only.
    The challengesOnly if you have a lot of free time, no commitments and want too much fun in life. No basic salary, performance based only, poor benefits and no time for personal life if you looking for one. No technical skills to learn, no career expansion as you are stuck in this field, challenging to develop your career in the real work environment, but good for people with no experience and no education requirement as you only need to have good attitude to learn soft skills.

    The good thingsThey people are nice, office invironment is nice but can never stay to appreciate the office becuase you much go out and sell
    The challengesno benefits such as epf and sokso, parking and such. no standard salary, income based on performance. good place for fresh grad seeking an experience but only if you want to become a professional sales persons only. Must work on weekends.
