    Full Stack Developer

A valuable learning experience completely ruined by unethical management and non-payment of salary.
The good thingsDuring my three years as a Full Stack Developer, the company provided excellent opportunities for professional growth. I was exposed to a wide range of projects and technologies, which significantly enhanced my skill set and experience. The day-to-day work was often challenging and engaging, and for most of my time there, it was a great place to learn and build a strong technical foundation.
The challengesThe most severe and unacceptable issue was a complete failure of the company to fulfill its basic obligations. The company did not pay my salary for the last six months. This demonstrated a catastrophic failure in management and a profound lack of respect for employees. This situation created immense financial hardship and left me abruptly unemployed with significant unpaid wages. The company is fundamentally untrustworthy and financially unstable. I strongly advise avoiding this company.

WFH and friendly colleagues are positives, though management and support may have room for improvement.
The good thingsThe only positive aspect here is the work-from-home setup and the presence of friendly colleagues.
The challengesManagement practices are poor and often biased. Success is overly glorified, while those who struggle are unfairly labeled as problematic. Promised support frequently falls short of expectations, and micromanagement is a common experience.

Great experience to work in best company in Malaysia
The good thingsGood environment, colleagues, and benefits. Awesome environment with a lot of new things and different personality of people. Ability to witness different personalities of people and their way of doing things. Togetherness is a wonder in this company. Different races and religions are proved to work together in this company successfully which are quite anonymous in most companies nowadays. Daily routines are exciting with the wonderful structure and business nature of the company.
The challengesHuge demands and expectations by our team leaders and boss. High communication skills needed to move forward in this company. A lot of tasks need expertise of different people from different departments where working together is the key for success here. Passionate personality is a must to work in this company. Eagerness to keep learning will enable us to explore new things and awesome experiences. In general, I think this is normal for any successful company right now. No pain no gain.

Very good company to start as a platform for career development and also the best working environment. Overall it’s the best company I worked ever.
The good thingsThere’s always a chance in improving ourself and also skills in every aspect such as technical skills (programming), customer service, project management and communications since there are employees from different nationalities.
The challengesThe only challenges working in this company is a competition among all team members in this company to be the best among the best. Personally I think competition is healthy because this will uplifts performance of whole team. Management is also trying their best to give everyone fair performance appraisal.

    Fun working environment. Company trip!
The good thingsThe company tries to involve everyone in everything and open to ideas in every department. Management is good and always caring to everyone. When my team meets annual target, we get to go for luxurious company trip! Really appreciate this company benefit.
The challengesNothing much that I can say from my department. All is good.

    Good company with caring culture
The good thingsGreat company that takes pretty good care of its employees, salary, and offers good work from home packages.
The challengesWork from home can often makes an employee easily distracted by things happening at home. To become a high performer I have to constantly remember to keep myself on my toes with personal development goals and upskilling efforts (my boss encourages me to attend training at my free time). Personally I think this is totally understandable because my company puts in 100% trust in its employee to handle their jobs at home.

    Great place to work!
The good thingsI enjoy that everyone in the company truly wants to support each other to become successful. My mentors are very open to discuss my career plan with me. I am lucky to get Work From Home position right now and able to more easily achieve Work-Life Balance with my family.
The challengesWork From Home has its pros and cons. I like the way I can save a lot of time and money on commuting to office and back during peak hours. Cons is this requires high level of self discipline in order to maintain my performance at work. I have no problem with this because I am already used to multitasking and working under tight deadlines in the past.
