    The challengesI am very smart and excellent communicators as well. As per, I have the 2 years experienced of an ITCSR which is very challenging jobs. So, there is no doubt about it, I can handle any related job.

    A VERY BAD MANAGEMENT
    The good thingsnothing is good unless you know how to flatter the old senior staff.
    The challengesold style management every morning need to attend daily meeting and attendance check-up which is wasted lots of time. Bad environment in political working culture among senior employee and high rate turn over. Please avoid Likom especially for fresh graduate.

    Gained lot of new thing, experience and no one can get unless they work with LIKOM group
    The good thingsWorking with LIKOM Group as trainee. People here very nice and never felt tired in teaching me with new thing. Moreover, they will guide us and never left us behind. Moreover, the experience that i got was very useful and hope other company will consider my application.
