    Awesome workplace and friendly working environment
    The good thingsGood workplace to gain knowledge and experience. The workload is affordable and the benefits are good. Colleagues are friendly and helpful. Despite the firm being an ICAEW Authorized Training Employer but the audit partner is very supportive of ACCA students.

    The good thingsEmployer are helpful and ready to teach new things in order to make the job done in time and at it best quality.
    The challengesShould revised and give equal treatment to degree holders' worker and any worker who currently taking any professional paper regarding the salaries. As all the workers have to work as one team, employer should take a better consideration in its employees' payroll part to ensure the good working environment last longer.

    The good thingsAlthough the firm is not ACCA Approved Employer, but the partner is very supportive on the ACCA PER. (Instead the firm is ICAEW ATE) Workload is affortable, not pressure on time allocation for study.
    The challengesPro-active learning is required, issue can be solved via discussing with colleagues and partners. Be confident but not ego.
