    The good thingsthis is my first work place before innerspace system. here i learn alot in conducting people,steel structure installation,formwork, concreting a lot more.mostly is the material. to know the material tlis the important in the construction site because it would be hard for me to work if i didn't know the material of the construction. for the most valueble experience in when i work at a construction.
    The challengesthe challenge here is to makes sure the work on the to be run by the workers according to the schedule, learning how to estimate the work to finish so the construction well be finish in time, handle the workers,reporting and alot more.
