    Overall the firm is ok, work loaded but still manageable due to the lawyer will help us if we really cannot catch up. Hope this firm can improve on the training for those not handling file to have more knowledge on what we are doing.
    The good thingsThere is few department there consider as supporting group to help us forces on our main job
    The challengesSome department do not know the procedure and will keep on asking the same questing to distrust the clerk.
