    I applied as a Junior Architect, but the job turned out to be more like an Assistant Project Manager. Most of the tasks were related to site coordination, project follow ups, and dealing with vendors and definitely not into architectural design or technical work. As a fresh grad in Architecture, I expected to be involved in design, drafting, and learning architectural processes. Instead, I didn’t get to apply much of what I have studied. Also, the basic salary offered felt unfair. Just because I didn’t have work experience doesn’t mean my years of architectural training, software skills, and technical knowledge should be ignored. If you're looking to grow as an architect, this may not be the right fit. But if you're more interested in project management or site work, it could be useful.
    The good thingsWhat I did like was the good working environment. The boss and colleagues were kind and respectful.
    The challengesThe job scope given does not match the title “Junior Architect.” Instead of architectural tasks like design work or technical drafting, most of the responsibilities were related to project and site coordination. The salary offered was also too basic, considering I am fresh grads in Architecture and have developed important skills such as using architectural software and understanding design processes. This role doesn't support professional growth in the architecture field.

    The good thingsThis place is in good place to work. The task work given just on simple work but just need continuous work until the production is finished. After production, there are also simple work to be done without any pressure or stressful situation.

    A good place to learn to be independent
    The good thingsAs an intern in QC,QA/R&D department I was given quite some opportunities to learn and venture into the job scopes related to this department. The staffs were quite friendly and willing to offer help and teach whenever I needed them.
    The challengesAt times the staffs were making use of the interns in substitute for lack of workers instead of teaching appropriate skills that should have been taught. Certain time the exposure to new knowledge were limited.

    The good thingsI learn new things and skills in terms of manage product to meet its requirement so the items can be delivered without any problem. Expose you with all kinds of human behavior which can be very useful for your job experience. You can learn to communicate with foreigner which will help you to work with them without any boundaries which is good for your future.
    The challengesIf you work in logistics department, you should be ready physically and mentally because this is one of the challenging department in the organisation. You will meet with many kinds of problems especially the sock level of raw materials which cannot be predicted due to customer needs in the market. You should be more focus and optimistic person in order to become more dedicated in the future.
