    Supportive Working Environment
    The good thingsI get a very good and supportive senior to guide me when I enter the workplace. Besides, they also giving a chance for me although I am a fresh graduate to develop and learn as much as I can. However, I still have a work-life balance.
    The challengesI need more ideas in problem-solving. But I got a team to discuss. So we can exchange idea the solve the issue.

    Love the company culture
    The good thingsColleagues are fun and helpful, while the managers are open and approachable. Definitely a lot of learning and growing opportunities here. They appreciate effort and hard work, which makes them awesome!
    The challengesTime - tight dateline. You don't have enough time to understand a project thoroughly. Some projects could be quite new and ad hoc.
