It was an exhausting experience, as I had to work every day from Monday to Sunday
The good thingsI enjoyed teaching and making engagement with students.
The challenges I observed that the faculty management and leadership were biased and toxic, with the Dean showing favoritism and frequently micromanaging. Additionally, the Dean appeared to lack trust in certain lecturers due to their race.

The good thingsThey give chances to learn new things. This is also where to sharpen your skills as we will encounter things to developed our skills, communications and cooperation skills.
The challengesThere is no perfect companies. They already have good system but they need to improve it in a lot of terms such as management and IT systems. It would be a shame if there are no improvements as the system is good.
