    The challengesMicro-management, leaders afraid to fight/make decision for the sake of his subordinates, lack of manpower due to cost saving direction, employees getting stressed due to carry others job responsibilities, lack of resources due to cost saving direction, too many old folks with no intention to make a change. Toxic work culture.

    The good thingsKnowledge that are learnt through this practical practice are something that were not learnt in classroom, first, I was introduced to the process operation of an Air Separation Unit (ASU) Plant, secondly, assitance was given by fellow enginners in ROC department as well as my supervisor, thirdly, I was exposed to VBA through this practical.
    The challengesVBA was very new to me, I have no basic with it, thus I have to start from scratch, what makes the challenges much harder is that there are no one in this department are accustomed with VBA programming, thus I have to solely depend on myself

    The challengesAlarm management is important to be done from time-to-time to ensure shift engineers can perform their task perfectly without overwhelming nuisance alarms. This may help to improve the work quality of shift engineers and thus, improve the quality of the products.
