    Good colleague, very bad managementI had mixed experience working here. Pros: - Good and supportive work colleague - Good benefits, on par with similar level MNC - Big exposure and experience in industrial gas plants. Cons: - Very bad and lousy management resulting to high turnover - Manager keep pushing u around at other site to support to save manpower cost, which is not in your scope. - Manager gives you big promises, but never going to fulfil. Only instruct people to lead project, take credit for success, blame people if things goes wrong. - Very cost saving management, resulting to burn out to employee. Want workers to work overtime, but dont want to pay overtime.
