    The good thingsFree flow snacks biscuits coffee at pantry
    The challengesBossy manager, which he/she will look after those staff like to polish boss , those do not , you might… treat all staff equally not see them differently. Manager and higher level manager both lack of communication. First time I ever heard from manager to confirm a staff he asked “ will you OT to do your work”

    The good thingsKeep improving staff welfare and encourage staff participation with positive thinking. Willing to develop and provide staff training. Always review staff remuneration and making it competitive. Staff having the freedom to do their work with advise and supervision from the head of department.
