Boss also joins us for self-evaluations, which gives me chances to constantly improve myself and also makes me feel that the boss really cares about our work. Colleagues subtly point out my work issues, which I find pretty comfortable, and it also strengthens the rapport among us teammates.
The challengesWorking here is really on you, lah. If you want to learn more, just tell the boss and they'll give you all the resources you need to grow. So, I'm getting used to this open work environment and hope to upskill myself. What I like the most is when I need help, the company always takes my suggestions seriously and provides practical assistance. Plus, the laptop and computer I got when I joined are brand new, haha! Seems like the company is pretty loaded. The boss often treats us to tea-time as well. I’m still observing other things, but for someone like me who's been here since my internship, so far, I’m super satisfied. Benefits are pretty good too
