    The challengesIts being nice if there more alert on knowledgement of staff to know who was the HOD of each department. Either at site or in office.

    The challengesMeeting target set, budget, deadline, and intense pressure from the upper management. Calculative when claiming replacement off-day and overtime. No mercy at all ! Do or Die !
