I have been working here for almost 7 years.
The good thingsThe sections or departments are well-organized, all have their own tasks and contribution. Lecturers will only have to multitask within their area of job and not beyond that. There are other supportive departments such as Curriculum Development Center, Exam Units, Mentoring department called Zero Trauma unit, Counselling, Student Affairs, Academic Affairs etc.
The challengesThere are full of activities for students as well as staffs so you better be prepared with enough stamina to cope. I could use a suggestion on having flexible hours for staffs especially for cases of working parents to small children, ill staff, etc. I would also suggest for this company to allocate better medical claims, which cover staffs' children, labor medical bills, better choices of panel clinics. Lastly, it would be great to have company's nursery for staffs.

Working experience at Legenda Education Group
The good thingsThere is not much good thing at this Company. Timing was suitable.
The challengesIt was very difficult to work with the Admin employees as they are not properly trained. Some of the students are not well mannered and adequate facilities are not provided to work smoothly.

The good thingsthis a good place to started with, for a new lecturer who like to learn a good experiences, here is a good place. u can learn how to manage your time schedule, and to finish on time. and on-going process of your managing the modules given to you. here have very good workmate, all lecturer in the faculty will always helping each others. to make sure that all the result will be done before schedule
The challengesu will face to different schedule with are for degree and non-degree programme, both programmes are started with different schedule, sometimes its going to be overlapping and u need to to do all the lecturing without stopping, maybe just only a couple of weeks u going to have low contact hour with the students. u will works 5.5 day per weeks, only off on first Saturday in the month

My 5-year working experience at Linton University College
The good thingsThe colleagues here are good and friendly. They are willing to lend their hands when help is required. The senior colleagues are willing to share their knowledge to the junior. It's a nice place to work even though sometimes stress do occur.
The challengesThe organisation will becomes better if management could be fine tune the way it is working currently. It's difficult to invite external parties to visit the company. The maintenance works will take long time to be done.
