The good thingsThe good things about Parkson is it's solid foundation of lion group, manage by good leader whom lead the company ahead, but not with Parkson Kluang, it's management is way out of date, conducting daily breaking but tell staff the same old information, zero motivation, much demotivated, I was wondering if Parkson still going to operate in a long run
The challengesBack officer always in the office, while what happened general at the floor, they had no idea. Poor management

The conglomerate used to be industry captain in Malaysia. The lion will need to roars once again.
The good thingsVery organized and well structured public listed company. Staffs will have a good balance of family and career life. Annual increment and bonus regardless of company's performance. Not really strict on the working hours and leaves application The company keeps their staffs (may be the bad thing also)
The challengesStaffs especially the senior ones not willing to take extra responsibilities and good at pushing that to others. Many of them only take care of their interest and does not bother about company's interest. Intra-department relationship also not gelled well. Finding fault and blaming each other instead of helping each other and look into how to solve the issues. Sadly, its deeply rooted and become the culture which the top management really needs to do the overhauls. Salary scale is on the lower range compare to market.
