    Excellent environment for an internship!
    The good things- Great work/life balance - Supportive and helpful colleagues - Emphasis on learning through company events within the teams in their 6 markets to share their knowledge with each other.
    The challengesIt was a rather fast paced working environment but it is to be expected from an advertising agency and was a great experience overall.

    No proper guidance for new hire

    The challengesYou have to do and learn everything by yourself as new hire. No proper instruction was given. Due date not specified. Performance evaluation system very unprofessional based on the situation listed in above. So, I would say fresh grad is not encourage to join the company.
