    THE MANAGEMENT IN CERTAIN PLACE IS VERY BAD ESPECIALLY IN PUTRAJAYA
    The good thingsGood thing is great colleagues, and the kids, if you love kids maybe you can work here.
    The challengesThe management of it is so bad, didnt even give you KWSP, but it was deduct from your salary. It's a good thing if you wanna have experience as a preschool teacher. But it is a shame that the management is bad and not very understanding.

    I gain various skills and experience in teaching and management.
    The good thingsI enjoy teaching and working with a kids the most. I have lowest stress ever and end up build my confidence, skills and rapport in the best condition.
    The challengesHandling parents might be exhausting sometime but the most tiring is to cope with the overtime work with inbalance salaries. Preschools in malaysia is underated and quite challenging for those looking for higher paid career.

    The good thingsThe workers are nice and friendly. Even though it's stressful, the children are always nice, cute and playful with us. It's our responsibilities as teachers that makes us important in shaping them into better people.
    The challengesThe children were a bit of a handful, no suprise.Sometimes, you have to work on weekends to help decorate the class and school. You also have to be creative in making teaching aids, fun activities and ideas for arts and crafts for the children the next week. Preparing books, stationaries and items for arts and crafts is easy because everthing has been bought before hand.

    The good thingsi learn how to control myself when with kids and be more patient teaching kids. thus, i also know how to get closer to students with different attitude. being a kindy teacher really help me to improve myself for being calm and i respect all the kindergarten teachers as well. there's a lot of things that we can explore more about kids and me is feeling happy looking at their happy faces.
    The challengesi do enjoying working here with a good colleagues.its only i need take a break because i want to find much more experience out there. challenges while working here is i need to work in more condusive work environment.

    The good thingsBecoming multi-tasking, creative, independent worker to solve a problem or any issue between parent and children as priority customer. The task and event are very pack for each month, so I learn to manage my time management to avoid from unsuccessful task given.
    The challengesBecoming a kindergarten teacher in 21st century is very challenging such as the children nowadays are very active and curious to know many things. As a teacher, I need to find fresh teaching method to attack themselves for learning activities. In the other hand, as a teacher need to fulfill all the parent's complaint about their kids. However, I take it as a challenges and discuss with management team to solve the problem.
