Weekly meetings, team-building activities, and continuous training have strengthened our communication and improved the overall teaching quality. This supportive environment has reignited my passion for teaching. What I admire most is the company's strong values. They stand firmly against unfair treatment, encouraging open communication with management. The guidance from our manager extends beyond teaching—helping us improve our confidence, relationships, and professionalism.     The good thingsA great place to grow as an educator. The school runs on a systematic shift schedule, making daily duties more manageable. Lunch is provided, which is a thoughtful touch. Most importantly, the management genuinely cares about the teachers’ well-being and development, which makes a big difference.
    The challengesIt was a challenge to handle parents and create lesson plan, but a rewarding one.

    Working here has been a rewarding and fun experience!
    The good thingsWorking here has been a great experience. The supportive team and regular training help me grow. In one year, I’ve helped organise big events and joined the school concert watching the children perform was special. It’s a really fun environment, and lunch every day is a nice bonus!
    The challengesHandling children’s parents can sometimes be even more challenging than handling the children themselves, but hey, that’s part of the challenge we face as teachers, right? Oh, and let’s not forget the never-ending lesson plans!

I’ve gained many skills from working at this school. They provide a strong platform and exposure in various aspects.
    The challengesI cannot finish using my annual leaves every year.
