    There are advantages, but I have also experienced some unfair treatment during my time working at this company.
    The good thingsThere are bonuses and salary increments. The company also provides facilities such as accommodation, especially for those working at project sites. Utility bills such as electricity and water are also covered by the company. In my opinion, these are some of the most attractive benefits offered by the company.
    The challengesThe salary increment is not very significant. Although bonuses are given, they are often deducted. I have been working for 5 years, but the salary increase has been minimal for me.

    Suitable for under-achiever and less ambitious person
    The good thingsIt is less likely for being penalised for late and low-quality performance. Management will reassign the job to other more competent staffs. As long as the under-performance is not over-exaggerated, this will be a secure job until the retirement.
    The challengesYou will be most likely assigned to project-based, doing only one part of the post-contract scopes i.e. procurement only, whereas main claim and NOC by other colleagues. You will have less chance to be exposed to other QS roles, makes you less valuable in the market.

    The challengesThe challenge is whether or not you can survive if your top management does. Watch out every time you work hard and be honest. There is no chance of a resignation if you are not good at it or do not want to be political with them. Trouble is not a labor problem, but it is created for you. Modus operandi checkmate.

    Personal opinion: Take it, stay. Can't take it, leave.
    The good things1) Promotion, increment and bonus is based on performance reviewed by direct superior. If superior is the one fight benefit for team, the team will get rewarded. If the superior didn't fight for it, the team will get nothing. 2) Some staffs are friendly. 3) Rarely over time work requested. 4) Exposed to other department work procedure.
    The challenges1) Remote work location 2) Difficulties arisen not from work itself, but created from human aspect. 3) System oriented 4) No coordination and support from internal

    The good thingsThe company take good care of the staff appreciate your hard work,time spent and share the company sucess with all the staff. Good working enviroment where we learned new thing while on the job. Knowledge sharing is common here. Best thing is we are all family that include our own family (spouse and kids). Bonuses and insentive are awesome if you really work and a team player.
    The challengesThe challenging factor is that you never kow what to aspect when you were given certain task in a new project. Eventhough we do the same field of work almost all the time but when come the new project there will be different working enviroment and people you work with.( people from other state and culture).you need to start to motive and change their mind set and attitute. That was challenging.
